Players & Officials members can start booking appointments straight away and they can do this by calling our appointment line on 01638 724042 and say they are a Club Physio Plan Premier Member and give the name of your club. We will find them an appointment ASAP.

Members should bring their Club Membership Card with them to their first appointment and will be given their CPP Membership card at that appointment which needs to be shown at each subsequent appointment, so keep it safe. Members can nominate a family member or loved one to receive the same benefits as you, whether they are a club member or not (follow the same booking process).

This full offer is open to all Players and Officials of the club only . Club Members would receive £10 off the normal consultation price by showing the club members card on arrival
